I don't know if putting the date is necessary, but I don't know what to say. I've been staying at home lately, just....hiding. I don't know from what yet. I say I don't know too much....it's cold.
I already jumped in with Nessa, might as well try and be of some use now... Have you read The Tutorial, checked out some of the old Sages' blogs? Not much use now, but they had some good information on them.
All the informative Slender sites are good too, and What You Are in the Dark if you've got proxy troubles.

It honestly will help you if you try to live a little and distract yourself. That's what I've read at least.
